Culture and Climate Audit: Case Study

The MD of this company was tasked by his shareholders with understanding the culture of this business. There had been a historic problem with bullying and this investigation was designed to see if the problem persisted. Kisane Prutton, from the Prutton Partnership, began the assignment by running the Health & Safety's Well-being Survey. Using focus groups Kisane presented back the survey data to individual departments and in each, facilitated a debrief to unpack the survey findings and make it meaningful for that department. The survey confirmed that bullying was believed to exist still and brought to light a number of other problems. Kisane facilitated the generation of action plans to address the problems and began a confidential process to take instant action against the bullying.
