About us

The Prutton Partnership specialises in the resolution of interpersonal conflict at work. As business psychologists we understand why perfectly normal people may become irrational and uncooperative at work. Our in depth techniques enable us to swiftly identify any subconscious blocks that not even the individuals themselves may have been able to articulate. We release the emotional handbrake that creates stalemate, stalling rational decision-making and progress.
