Kisane is a member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Coaching Psychology and Division of Occupational Psychology. She is also registered with the Health Care and Professions Council, as is required by law to practise using the protected title ‘Occupational Psychologist’.

Coaching Psychology has been defined as ‘’the scientific study and application of behaviour, cognition and emotion to deepen our understanding of individuals’ and groups’ performance, achievement and wellbeing, and to enhance practice within coaching‘’ (Division of Coaching Psychology, British Psychological Society).
